Product Overview
The solar charging controller charging and overvoltage Indicator Light shows that when the system is properly connected and sunlight shines on the photovoltaic panel, the charging indicator light of the solar charging controller is green, indicating that the system charging circuit is normal. When the charging indicator of the solar charging controller is green and flicker quickly, the overvoltage of the solar system is explained and processed according to the method described in the troubleshooting content. The solar controller charging process uses PWM. If the discharge action is to be performed, the voltage must first reach the charging voltage and remain for 10 minutes. The DC charging voltage is then reduced to 10 minutes to activate the battery to avoid vulcanization and crystallization, and finally the voltage is reduced to a floating voltage and the floating charging voltage is maintained. If no discharge occurs, there is no charging method to prevent the battery from losing water. These automatic control processes of the solar controller will enable the battery to achieve the best charging effect and ensure or extend its service life.
